一、安装前注意事项
1.1、本说明书适用于输出为三相电源的电梯自动救援装置。
1.2、为了避免造成人员及设备事故，本产品的安装、调试及维修等必须采取以下安全措施：
(1)在进行本产品的安装、连接工作之前，必须将电梯总电源切断。
(2)请确保电梯各设备接地良好。
(3)请按本说明书中提示或警告小心行事，以防对安装或维修人员造成伤害，同时避免损坏电梯设备。
(4)在接通电源调试之前，必须确保应急电源ARD与电梯电气系统之间连接正确。
(5)本产品的安装、调试等工作应由电梯行业相关技术人员进行，以避免可能发生的危险。
1.3、本说明书介绍了应急电源ARD的安装和连接步骤，信号端子说明，拨码开关说明，调试和使用、以及出现的故障和排除方法等。
1.4、对电梯自动救援装置的安全操作，必须仔细阅读本说明书，才能防止由于方法不当而造成对人员伤害和电梯系统的损坏。
1.5、请在对电梯进行断电维修前务必关闭应急电源ARD的电源开关，否则有应急电源ARD启动供电造成伤害的危险。

二、简介

三、功能特点
3.1、外电网正常情况下，处于待机状态，同时给蓄电池组供电。外电网停电，装置投入工作，当外电网来电时可迅速切换到待机状态。
3.2、外电网停电至装置运行投入工作的时间段可根据实际要求灵活设定。可以解决不同变频器的故障信号消除时间不一致的问题。
3.3、装置的运行时间可灵活设定，有较长时间运行的档位选择。以解决层与层之间因井道过长而使电梯轿厢需要运行较长时间才能运行到平层站的问题。
3.4、本装置的各种输出信号均由程序控制，非常精确，如运行时间等。
3.5、蓄电池组采用的是免加液免维护电池，每隔90天可自动对电池充放电一次。

六、应急装置调试、使用说明
6.1、应急装置与电梯控制柜连接，必须待电梯安装调试全部完毕后，且能投入
正常运行后进行，首先断开电梯控制柜总电源。
6.2、安照表１将应急装置与电梯系统之间的连线接好，切记不能将（L24  L25  L26）接输入，否则会造成不可修复性损坏。
6.3、.检查接线，确定应急装置与电梯系统之间的接线正确。   
6.4、送上外电网的三相电源，闭合应急电源ARD的控制开关。此时应急电源ARD面板上的绿色指示灯点亮。表示外电网正常，电池组在自动充电。
6.5、外电网停电时，应急装置将在设定的时间内开始启动投入使用，此时应急电源ARD箱体面板
上的绿色指示灯亮为红色。并输出两组控制信号给电梯系统。在设定的运行时间到平层区，应急电源ARD将自动停止工作，等到外电网来电后自动进入待机状态。
6.6、本装置具有短路、过流、欠压保护功能。
6.7、本装置出场后不需要再进行内部的调试，请在没有本公司技术人员的指导的情况下切勿开
起本装置外壳。如需要对内部进行调整与本公司联系。

6.3、Check wiring，Determine the connection between the emergency device and elevator system correctly。
6.4、The three-phase power grid to send on，Control switch of ARD emergency power supply。The ARD emergency power supply panel on the green indicator lights。Outside the normal operation of the grid，In the automatic charging battery。
6.5、External power failure，The emergency device will start to put into use in the set time，When the green indicator light of ARD emergency power supply box panel on the 
bright red。And the output of two groups of control signal to the elevator system。To flat floor area at run time，Emergency power supply ARD will automatically stop working，When the automatic standby power after the call。
6.6、The device has the advantages of short circuit、overcurrent、Under voltage protection function。

七、维护保养
   HX815电梯应急电源ARD采用的是免加液免维护电池，电池不需要加电解液，每隔90天充电器将对蓄电池进行自动充放电。系统在电池电压过底时会自动保护、切断输出，此时工作指示灯仍为红灯。当应急电源ARD启动时输出一段时间后，自动停止了输出，或一加负载就停止输出，但此时指示灯仍为红灯时，表示电池电量不够，请将电池充饱或更换电池。
